Eligibility

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a litigation profile
• Prior experience in handling SARFAESI, Negotiable Instruments Act and arbitration matters is preferred
• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills

Position details

• Handling litigation matters under the SARFAESI Act, Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and Arbitration
• Coordinating with advocates and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of cases
• Drafting legal notices, replies and other litigation-related documents with precision
