Eligibility

• LL.B. qualification
• 2–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in litigation, arbitration and legal drafting
• Experience in execution matters and financial services/NBFC legal processes
• Knowledge of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act
