Eligibility

• Law students currently in V-II or V-III of a 5-year law course, or III-I or III-II of a 3-year law course.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to quality work.

Position details

• Conducting comprehensive legal research.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, case notes, briefs, and legal summaries.
• Assisting in the preparation and perusal of case files.
• Providing logistical and procedural support across courts and tribunals in Mumbai.
• Undertaking analytical and strategy-related assignments.
