Eligibility

• Law students interested in gaining practical exposure to litigation.
• Strong interest in legal drafting, legal research, and court practice.
• Good research, analytical, and drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Prior internship experience before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, or Tribunals will be an added advantage.

Position details

• Legal research and drafting.
• Assisting in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, MACT Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial forums.
• Preparing briefs, case notes, compilations, and other legal documents.
• Assisting in client conferences and court proceedings.
• Exposure to civil law, criminal law, constitutional law, consumer law, commercial law, cyber crime, PBPT, and arbitration.
