The CADR Blog at RGNUL invites original contributions on contemporary developments and emerging trends in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Eligibility
• Contributions may be submitted by interested authors.
• Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors.
• Manuscripts may be submitted in English or Hindi.
Guidelines
• Submissions may pertain to any aspect of ADR, including arbitration, mediation, negotiation, conciliation, and Lok Adalats.
• Contributions addressing domestic, foreign, or international issues are welcome.
• Interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral works exploring the intersection of ADR with other branches of law are encouraged.
• Analytical submissions are preferred over descriptive submissions.
• Manuscripts must be original and unpublished and must not be under consideration elsewhere.
• Plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Use of AI tools to generate or refine content is strictly prohibited.
• Word limit: 1000–1500 words, excluding endnotes. Longer manuscripts may be accepted and published in parts at the discretion of the Board.
• Manuscripts must not contain the author’s name, institutional affiliation, or any identifying details.
• Submissions must be made in Microsoft Word format (.docx).
• The filename should be the title of the post, without any personal details of the author(s).
• References should be provided through hyperlinks only.
• Upon acceptance and publication, copyright shall vest with CADR–RGNUL, while moral rights shall remain with the author(s).
• Cross-posting is permitted only with prior permission of the Board and must clearly state that the content was “first published on The CADR Blog.”

• Alignment: Justified.
• Paragraph spacing: 6 pt before and after.
• Title: Garamond, size 12, All Caps, and bold.
• Hyperlinks should be provided to supporting materials and legal texts, including statutes, judgments, reports, news articles, and academic pieces.
• Factual assertions must be supported with appropriate links to sources.
• Where a hyperlink is unavailable, endnotes in OSCOLA 4th Edition are recommended.
• Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
