Call for Blogs | RGNUL’s Centre for Competition and Consumer Protection Law
The Centre for Competition and Consumer Protection Law, RGNUL, is inviting blog submissions on contemporary and emerging issues in competition law and consumer protection.
Eligibility
• Academicians and researchers
• Legal practitioners and policy professionals
• Ph.D. scholars
• Postgraduate and undergraduate students
Guidelines
• Themes include digital markets, platform power, merger control, abuse of dominance, competition authorities and sectoral regulators, antitrust sanctions and remedies, public interest and sustainability, labour markets, AI-driven markets, and extraterritorial application of antitrust norms
• The listed themes are indicative and non-exhaustive
• Submissions should have contemporary relevance and present well-researched insights
• Co-authorship of up to 2 authors is permitted
• Submission length: 1,000–1,500 words, including an abstract of not more than 70 words
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
• Line spacing: 1.5
• Margins: 1.5 inches left and 1 inch on all other sides
• References must be provided as hyperlinks in the body
• OSCOLA footnotes may be used where required
• Submissions must be original and will be checked for plagiarism
• Similarity index of 12% will be strictly adhered to
• Manuscript must not contain author names, institutional affiliations or identification marks
• Title must not exceed 12 words
• Title and all headings must be in bold
• Only .doc/.docx files will be accepted
• File name must be “Title_CCCPL Manuscript”
• No borders are permitted
• The Board reserves the right to make editorial changes and add relevant source links
• Acceptance or rejection will ordinarily be communicated within 24 days, extendable to 30 days in unforeseen circumstances
