Registration and submission details

• Individual Authorship Fees: ₹199 for 1 event, ₹249 for 2 events and ₹299 for 3 events.
• Co-authorship Fees: ₹249 for 1 event, ₹329 for 2 events and ₹349 for 3 events.
• Registration eligibility is subject to successful payment of the registration fee.
• Participants are required to submit their Article, Strategic Governance Drafting, Case Commentary or Policy Review in Word document format through the provided Google Form.
• Submissions should specify the title of the paper with the sub-theme, names of author, name of College/University, email address and contact number, and the sub-theme under which the submission is made.
• Article Writing word limit: 2,000–4,000 words, exclusive of footnotes.
• Strategic Governance Drafting word limit: 1,500–2,500 words, exclusive of footnotes.
• Case Commentary word limit: 1,500–3,500 words, exclusive of footnotes.
• Policy Review word limit: 1,500–3,000 words, exclusive of footnotes.
• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited, and AI-generated content must not exceed 15% of the total submission.
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pts.
• Line spacing: 1.5.
• Footnotes: 10 pts.
• Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
• Citation Style: Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, 21st Edition.
• Submission document should be in DOC/DOCX format.
• Document name: “your name_article/case/strategic_topic.”
• Revised submissions should append a number to the end of the file name, for example, “yourname_article_2.”
• CRP reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any time at its sole discretion, with no refund.

Prizes and benefits

• Winner: ₹2,200 along with publication and internship opportunity for each.
• 1st Runner Up: ₹1,600 along with publication and internship opportunity for each.
• 2nd Runner Up: ₹1,000 along with publication and internship opportunity for each.
• Certificate/E-Certificate will be provided to every participant.
• Certificate of Merit will be provided to the top 10 papers in each segment along with publication opportunities.
