Vedron.ai is inviting applications for an AI Law & Enterprise Data Governance Research Fellowship involving legal and corporate research on enterprise data governance, data privacy and UK GDPR compliance.
Eligibility
• Currently enrolled in 3rd, 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. or 2nd/3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. at a recognised law school
• Strong interest and academic coursework in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, especially UK/EU GDPR, and Information Technology Law
• Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, corporate filing analysis and commercial due diligence
• Strong legal writing and data governance analytical skills
• Availability for a minimum duration of 2 months
Internship details
• Analyse UK corporate registries, including Companies House and The Gazette, and legal dockets to track enterprise trigger events
• Conduct preliminary legal feasibility checks on enterprise datasets for compliance with EDPB anonymisation standards under UK GDPR Recital 26
• Research and map direct contact profiles for General Counsels, Chief Data Officers and CFOs across £100M+ UK industrial and manufacturing entities
• Draft concise one-page executive intelligence briefs detailing target systems and data availability
• Work will be focused on intelligence and legal research, without cold sales or client outreach
• 1-on-1 career mentorship from former corporate legal team members of Freshfields and Linklaters, London office
• Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation (LOR) will be provided
• Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunities are available for top performers
