Eligibility

• Kannada-speaking 5th-year LL.B. students
• Recent LL.B. graduates
• Bar Council registration is required for the Associate role, where applicable
• Strong client handling and consistent performance will be valued for career progression

Position details

• 5th-Year LL.B. Students: Assessment Internship for the first 2 months
• Successful interns will be offered an Associate position upon completion of the internship, obtaining their LL.B. degree and completing Bar Council registration
• Recent LL.B. Graduates: Direct Associate role
• High performers demonstrating strong client handling and consistent results can progress through salary increases and performance incentives

Internship details

• Position: Assessment Intern
• Eligibility: 5th-year LL.B. students
• Duration: First 2 months
• Stipend: ₹20,000/month
• Location: Noida
• Work mode: Work from Office
• Post-internship Associate salary: ₹25,000 in-hand

Job details

• Position: Associate
• Eligibility: Recent LL.B. graduates
• Salary: ₹25,000 in-hand + performance-based incentives
• Location: Noida
• Work mode: Work from Office
• Career progression: High performers can earn ₹40,000-₹50,000+ per month within 3 months through salary progression and performance incentives
