A.Mishra & Co. Law Offices offers legal internship opportunities in its Dispute Resolution & Litigation Practice, providing students with practical exposure to litigation, dispute resolution, and arbitration proceedings.

Eligibility

• Students currently enrolled in the 3rd to 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme may apply.
• Students currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme may apply.
• Candidates should have a strong understanding of procedural laws, including the CPC and CrPC/BNSS.
• Knowledge of statutes including the Companies Act, IBC, and Arbitration & Conciliation Act is required.
• Candidates should have sound research skills using legal databases such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
• Candidates should be punctual and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work in an active court environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth case law research, prepare proposition notes, and assist with brief-building.
• Assist with initial drafts of pleadings, writ petitions, and company applications.
• Prepare case files, convenience compilations, and case-law trackers.
• Accompany counsels to court and tribunal hearings and physical arbitration proceedings.
• Gain practical exposure to case research, drafting, brief preparation, court assistance, and arbitration proceedings.
