Eligibility

• Candidates with an interest in contracts, intellectual property and legal research.
• Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.

Internship details

• Position: Legal Intern
• Mode: Remote
• Location: Remote, with preference for candidates based in Mumbai.
• Exposure: Contract drafting and review, trademark searches and filings, IP portfolio management, legal notices, company policies, legal research and general advisory work.
• Candidates will actively contribute to live client matters under supervision and will be expected to take ownership of assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract drafting and review.
• Conduct trademark searches.
• Assist with trademark filings and prosecution.
• Support IP portfolio management.
• Assist with legal notices.
• Work on company policies.
• Conduct legal research.
• Assist with general advisory work.
• Take ownership of assigned work under supervision.
