N & Company Legal is inviting applications for two one-month internships in Delhi, offering hands-on exposure to litigation, white-collar crime, insolvency, commercial disputes and intellectual property matters.
Eligibility
- Candidates currently pursuing a law degree.
- Candidates who have recently completed a law degree.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Sound understanding of procedural law.
- Genuine interest in litigation practice.
- Prior internship experience in a litigation setting will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Internship details
- Exposure to white-collar crime defence and PMLA.
- Exposure to insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
- Exposure to commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- Exposure to intellectual property rights matters.
- Direct work with the firm’s partners and senior associates.
- Legal research.
- Drafting of pleadings and opinions.
- Case law analysis.
- Preparation for hearings before courts, tribunals and regulatory bodies.
- Work on matters before forums including the NCLT and NCLAT.
