The Office of Adarsh Srivastava, Advocate, Allahabad High Court, is inviting applications from law students for an internship providing practical exposure to High Court litigation.

Eligibility

• Law students pursuing LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or equivalent law programmes.

• Candidates with a keen interest in criminal litigation, Negotiable Instruments Act matters, and GST Law are encouraged to apply.

Position Details

• Criminal litigation and criminal law practice.

• Drafting bail applications, anticipatory bail applications, criminal miscellaneous applications, and other pleadings.

• Legal research and analysis of criminal case law.

• Matters arising under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, including cheque dishonour litigation.

• Matters relating to the Goods and Services Tax Act and GST litigation.

• Research on statutory provisions, precedents, and recent judicial developments.

• Preparation of case briefs, written submissions, and arguments.

• Practical understanding of High Court procedure and litigation strategy.
