Eligibility
- 4th and 5th year students pursuing a 5-year integrated law course
- Final-year students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. course

Position details
- Assist in preparation for court matters and Tribunal proceedings
- Conduct in-depth legal research in Taxation and Constitutional Law
- Prepare case paper books, which means organising the pleadings, documents and orders of a case in a structured set for use in court
- Assist in preparing legal opinions
- Prepare brief notes
- The internship gives practical exposure to court matters, Tribunal proceedings, legal research, case preparation and drafting-related work
- Taxation and Constitutional Law often overlap in court, so interns can see how fiscal statutes are tested against constitutional principles
