Stockwell Solar Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Legal Team and is hiring Legal Executives and Legal Interns in Jaipur.

Eligibility

• For Legal Executive: Strong legal drafting, contract review and legal research skills
• Experience or interest in corporate, commercial, real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy and insurance-related matters
• Prior experience in insurance matters, including handling insurance policies, claims, risk coverage and related documentation, will be an advantage
• For Legal Intern: Law students with strong drafting and research skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Position details

• Legal Executive: Drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts and agreements
• Handling project and property-related legal matters
• Supporting due diligence
• Handling and reviewing insurance-related documentation and claims
• Coordinating with external counsel and government authorities
• Advising internal stakeholders on legal and contractual matters
• Legal Intern: Hands-on exposure to corporate, commercial, contract, property and renewable energy-related legal work
