Eligibility
- LL.B. graduate and enrolled with a State Bar Council
- Strong drafting and research skills
- Good understanding of litigation and court procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to attend courts regularly
- Prior litigation experience will be preferred
Position details
- Court appearances and day-to-day litigation work
- Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, notices and written submissions
- Legal research and case-law analysis
- Preparing matters for hearings and assisting in case strategy
- Client conferences and case coordination
- Filing, compliance and maintaining case records
