Asraya Legal is a litigation-focused law firm based in South Delhi. It handles diverse civil and criminal trial matters before the Delhi High Court and the District Courts of Delhi.

Eligibility

• BA LL.B./BBA LL.B./LL.B. graduates from the Class of 2025 and 2026
• Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution
• Committed and detail-oriented

Position details

• Assist in civil, commercial, arbitration and criminal litigation matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts, Tribunals and other forums
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions and legal opinions
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
• Attend and assist in client conferences and strategy discussions
• Appear before competent authorities and assist with procedural and regulatory compliances
