TMGURU LLP, a leading IPR boutique firm, is hiring a motivated Associate for its IP & Corporate Practice team.

Eligibility

• Freshers only.

• Law degree from a recognised university.

• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.

• AIBE cleared.

• Candidate must be a resident of Delhi.

Position Details

• Conduct public searches and prepare comprehensive reports, including opinions.

• Draft and file trademark applications and examination replies.

• Handle oppositions, counterstatements, rectifications, and evidences.

• Maintain and update the office’s MIS.

• Brief clients and maintain portfolios.

• Candidate should be comfortable commuting to the Trademark Registry in Dwarka, Delhi.

• Undertake miscellaneous litigation work, including drafting legal notices and suits.

• Attend hearings before District Courts, High Court, and NCLT.
