Eligibility
- LL.B. graduates
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in litigation
- Good legal drafting skills
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced court practice environment
Position details
- Draft petitions, applications and other legal documents
- Assist with court filings and case research
- Appear before courts and coordinate cases
- Handle client interaction and documentation support
- Work on Criminal Law, Civil & Property Disputes, Matrimonial & Family Matters, Consumer Disputes, Cheque Bounce Cases under Section 138 of the NI Act, and DDA/Property Registration matters
- Gain exposure to Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, District and Magistrate Courts
