Eligibility
• LL.B. graduates with a strong interest in litigation.
• 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good drafting skills and willingness to learn.
Position details
• Draft petitions, applications, and legal documents.
• Assist with court filings and case research.
• Handle court appearances and case coordination.
• Assist with client interaction and documentation.
• Practice areas include Criminal Law, Civil & Property Disputes, Matrimonial & Family Matters, Consumer Disputes, Cheque Bounce Cases under Section 138 of the NI Act, and DDA/Property Registration.
• Courts include Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, and District & Magistrate Courts, Delhi.
