Criteo is hiring a People Relations Advisor for its India People Team in Gurgaon, supporting employee relations and compliance matters across India and APAC.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience with exposure to employee relations and compliance
- Good knowledge of India labour law frameworks and local market practices
- Experience independently managing standard employee relations matters
- Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, listening and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- University degree; a degree in Human Resources or Labour Law is a plus
Position details
- Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, including fact-finding, documentation and case resolution
- Support disciplinary and grievance processes
- Guide managers on employee relations matters in compliance with Indian requirements
- Conduct initial reviews and fact-finding and escalate complex or high-risk matters
- Support APAC People Business Partners on India-specific compliance and employee relations matters
- Support drafting, updating and rollout of local policies
- Advise People Operations on Indian regulations, local practices and policy interpretation
- Monitor labour law and market developments in India
- Coordinate with People Business Partners and other People teams on local compliance requirements
- Collect information on industry and competitor practices to support internal recommendations
