Eligibility
• LL.B. degree from a recognised university
• Enrolment with the Bar Council
• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and drafting
• Proficiency in legal drafting, documentation, and research
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Position details
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case briefs and opinions
• Appear before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders regarding case updates and filings
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of documents
• Maintain case files
