Eligibility

• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong research orientation
• Experience in drafting pleadings and legal documents
• Prior experience with court appearances

Position details

• Work on civil, commercial, and contractual disputes
• Handle property and partition matters
• Work on arbitration matters
• Handle litigation and proceedings before NCLT and NCLAT
• Draft suits, written statements, petitions, writs, arbitration pleadings, and other legal documents
