DS Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate Lawyer with approximately 2 years of experience to join its Chennai practice, preferably by October 2026.

Eligibility

• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in trademark searches, filings, and prosecution.
• Experience in drafting and handling trademark oppositions and counter-statements.
• Experience appearing before or coordinating with the Trade Marks Registry.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to take ownership of assignments.
