Legal Associate position for candidates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in Competition, Data Privacy, AI Regulation and Tech Law.

Eligibility

• A valid law degree and licence to practise in India.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience at a reputed law firm or in-house team.
• Experience in matters relating to data privacy and technology regulation.

Position details

• Practice: Competition, Data Privacy, AI Regulation & Tech Law.
• Prior experience in data privacy compliance, including policies, notices, vendor assessments and breach processes.
• Exposure to AI and technology regulatory advisory, platform frameworks or technology contracts will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, independent and research-driven approach.
• Ability to work effectively in an evolving regulatory ecosystem.
• Willingness to work on competition law matters in addition to data privacy and technology regulation.
• Prior experience in competition law will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
