Eligibility

Position details
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, including share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, escrow agreements, security trustee agreements, project finance documents and loan documents
- Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, mortgage deeds, hypothecation deeds, trust and retention account/escrow agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and licence agreements, assignment agreements and related documents
- Advising and assisting on mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions
- Conducting legal due diligence of companies and preparing title due diligence reports
- Advising and assisting on insolvency matters, including preparation of resolution plans
- Preparing legal opinions on the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SARFAESI, IBC and other banking and commercial laws
