Eligibility
• Minimum 7+ years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in commercial and general corporate matters
Position details
• Work closely with the in-house legal team
• Handle commercial contracts
• Support product launches and reviews
• Advise on consumer matters
• Provide TMT advisory
• Handle other general corporate work
Job details
• Position: Lawyer – Full-Time Secondment
• Location: Gurgaon
• Client: Leading Technology MNC
• Duration: 7-9 months, with possibility of extension
• Start Date: ASAP, latest by 15 September 2026
• Mode: Hybrid – 2 days WFO in Gurgaon and remaining days WFH
• Additional WFO may be required by the company
• Compensation: As per industry standards, based on PQE and experience
