Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputed law school
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• Post-graduation or relevant specialization is preferred
• Experience in media, entertainment, broadcasting, production, or digital content companies is preferred
• Experience in commercial contract negotiation and IP law is preferred
Position details
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial agreements
• Handle artist & talent, production, rental, licensing, sponsorship, IP, marketing collaboration, NDA, vendor and service provider agreements
• Manage contract lifecycle, execution, stamping and related records
• Conduct due diligence and identify legal risks
• Advise on intellectual property, copyright, trademarks, licensing, brand protection and content usage
• Advise business development, leasing and commercial teams on contractual matters
• Advise on advertising, marketing campaigns, promotions, influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
• Support data privacy, technology, digital media and customer protection initiatives
• Manage disputes, pre-litigation matters and notices, and coordinate with external counsel
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on business impacts
• Maintain legal records, MIS, statutory filings and disclosures
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations and corporate governance requirements
