JMRK Legal Associates is inviting applications from Advocates at Junior, Middle and Senior levels to join its litigation practice in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• Senior Level: Law degree from an accredited premier law college in India and minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience.
• Middle Level: Law degree from an accredited premier law college in India and 5–10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Junior Level: Law degree from an accredited premier law college in India, excellent academic record, in-depth knowledge of basic laws and up to 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil and criminal legal principles and procedures.
• Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills.
• Strong command over English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Senior-level candidates should have the ability to lead and mentor legal professionals.
• Middle-level candidates should be able to mentor juniors, assist seniors and handle cases with minimum supervision.
• Junior-level candidates should be self-driven and willing to assist seniors and handle filing and documentation.

• Senior Level Responsibilities: Complex litigation, court appearances, procedural compliances, case strategy, drafting and review, strategic advisory, team management and end-to-end case management.
• Middle Level Responsibilities: Court appearances, legal research, case briefs, drafting and filing pleadings and documentation, and management of multiple cases.
• Junior Level Responsibilities: Legal research, research notes, document review, case briefs, drafting assistance, paperwork, case files, filings, compliances, hearings and client interactions.

Job details

• Remuneration: Based on candidate’s profile, qualifications and experience.
• Joining: Candidates intending to join at the earliest will be preferred.
• Commitment: Long-term commitment expected.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates must be physically present for the interview; virtual interviews will not be entertained.
• Interview Process: Up to three rounds, including on-the-spot evaluation of skills through tools and techniques.
• Candidates who do not fulfil the minimum requirements or who have applied within the last one year and were not selected are requested not to apply.
