Eligibility
• Law graduate from a premier law school in India.
• 2+ years of PQE.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ability to work with metrics and data measurement systems.
Position details
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents including NDAs, non-reliance and reliance letters, commitment and syndication letters, and medium-term notes issuances and programme updates.
• Provide legal analysis and support on legal projects, complex matters, deals, and remediation projects.
• Conduct legal research and analyse relevant laws and requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis of transaction and client-specific deviations from standard templates, playbooks, and policy manuals.
• Manage signing authority and corporate governance operations, including POA/DOA, certificates, authorised signatory lists, and system records.
• Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with technology teams to develop solutions.
