Mittal, Swarup & Srinivasan Law Chambers is a specialist litigation and dispute resolution chambers dealing with taxation, commercial law matters, and white-collar crimes. The Chambers handles matters involving direct and indirect taxes, company law, securities and exchange control law, insolvency, white-collar crimes, and civil or contractual disputes across judicial and quasi-judicial forums in India.
Eligibility
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience in commercial litigation.
- Experience in tax litigation will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work from the Chambers’ office in Defence Colony, New Delhi.
