Eligibility
- 4-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in Intellectual Property litigation
- Proven experience representing clients and regularly appearing before District and High Courts
- Strong understanding of relevant statutes, procedural law and court practice
Position details
- Drafting and filing petitions, plaints, appeals, applications and other court pleadings
- Representing clients and appearing before District and High Courts
- Conducting legal research and drafting
- Handling IP litigation matters
