SK & Partners is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Corporate for its growing Delhi-NCR team, offering exposure to complex domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate advisory, and legal matters.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in general corporate advisory and corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity
• Strong academic credentials
• Sound understanding of company law, securities laws, and foreign exchange regulations
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time-management and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approach
• Willingness to take ownership of work, receive feedback, and build a long-term career in corporate law

Position details

• Work on live M&A, private equity, joint venture, and corporate commercial matters
• Assist with transaction structuring
• Conduct legal due diligence
• Draft and review transaction documents
• Participate in negotiations
• Develop skills in deal strategy, commercial drafting, negotiation, and client management
• Take increasing responsibility for matters and develop the capability to lead transactions independently
