State Street is inviting applications for the position of Fund Legal Senior Associate in Mumbai to support the Fund Administration Legal team through legal documentation, regulatory filings, corporate records, and administrative services.

Position details

• Draft meeting materials and prepare documents ahead of Board meetings.
• Prepare filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
• Map and update data on ProNavigator.
• Maintain corporate filing calendars and recurring Board agendas.
• Prepare and maintain relevant files and records.
• Manage electronic files and perform other administrative duties.
• Communicate project status to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Independently follow up on assigned issues and tasks.
• Escalate questions and issues to senior staff when appropriate.
