Eligibility

• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience in domestic and international commercial arbitration.
• Experience in corporate and commercial litigation.
• Experience in insolvency and bankruptcy litigation and white-collar crime matters.
• Experience representing clients before High Courts, the Supreme Court, Arbitral Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
