Stryker is hiring an India Workplace Practices Lead for its Asia Pacific Human Resources team, based in Gurugram.
Eligibility
- 10+ years of proven work experience
- 4–5 years of experience handling complex investigations and senior stakeholder engagement
- Experience in HR policy drafting or influencing organisational policies
- Knowledge of employment laws or legal background is preferred
- Understanding of AI tools for pattern recognition and evidence analysis
- Strong critical thinking and ability to evaluate conflicting accounts and identify systemic concerns
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Cultural awareness and respect for diverse perspectives
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
Position details
- Conduct fair, thorough and timely workplace investigations
- Partner with internal employment counsel, compliance and HR Business Partners on employee relations issues
- Drive continuous improvement in ER processes, policies and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws
- Build preventive ER capabilities through manager training and employee awareness sessions
- Identify systemic issues and contribute to policy enhancement and preventive ER strategies
- Support investigations and projects across the APAC region as required
