Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a Senior Associate – Direct Tax (Transfer Pricing) for its New Delhi office.

Eligibility

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing.
• Chartered Accountant with a Law Degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain relationships through teamwork.
• Strong networking skills.
• Ability to work with the Firm’s Leadership.

Job details

• Preparation and filing of forms in compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
• Drafting submissions in response to show cause and other notices issued by the Transfer Pricing Officer.
• Drafting objections and grounds of appeal before the Dispute Resolution Panel/ITAT.
• Preparing TP studies, searching for comparables from databases and undertaking benchmarking of various transactions.
