Verite Associates is hiring a Senior Associate for a Legal & IPR role in Ahmedabad.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. qualification

• 4–5 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights and legal matters

• Experience in trademarks, copyrights and related IP laws

• Prior experience with an IPR law firm or legal firm will be preferred

• Handling IP prosecution, oppositions, infringement and enforcement matters

• Legal drafting

• Contract drafting

• Managing matters related to trademarks, copyrights and other IP laws

• Professional communication and coordination

• Position: Senior Associate – Legal & IPR • Experience: 4–5 years

• Practice area: Intellectual Property Rights and Legal

• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

• Salary: As per experience and suitability
