Eligibility
• 4 months of prior internship experience in IP Law
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• Eager to kickstart a career in Intellectual Property law
• Strong analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication
Position details
• Drafting Notice of Opposition, Counter-Statement/Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification, Notices and Rejoinders
• Conducting comprehensive legal research on complex IP matters using standard legal databases
• Assisting seniors with case analysis, reviewing precedents and preparing case summaries
• Drafting legal memos, briefs, opinions and initial case documentation
