NLIU Law Review is inviting manuscripts for publication in Volume XVI Issue I of its double-blind, peer-reviewed academic law journal.
Eligibility
• Submissions are invited on any topic of contemporary legal relevance
• Manuscripts must be relevant, up to date, and original
• Manuscripts must not be co-authored by more than two persons
• Authors may submit only one manuscript, either individually or as a team of co-authors
Submission guidelines
• Articles: 4,000–10,000 words
• Case Notes: 2,000–5,000 words
• Legislative Comments: 1,000–3,000 words
• Book Reviews: 1,000–3,000 words
• Word limits are exclusive of the abstract and footnotes
• Manuscripts must include an abstract of 250–300 words highlighting the structure and essence of the manuscript
• Submissions must comply with the Submission Guidelines and Copyright and Open Access Policy
• Non-conforming manuscripts may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Editorial Board
• The Editorial Board may send manuscripts back to authors for modifications at any stage in case of non-conformity
• The Editorial Board may waive or amend the prescribed rules at its discretion
• The decision of the Editorial Board shall be final and binding in case of any dispute or ambiguity
