Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution
• Minimum 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Prior experience in litigation and/or commercial disputes will be preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic legal environment

Position details

• Assist in handling commercial and civil litigation
• Assist in NCLT proceedings and white-collar matters
• Conduct legal research and drafting
• Appear before courts and tribunals
• Undertake court-related work
• Assist on matters before various courts and tribunals
