• 3+ years of experience in Intellectual Property

• Patent Drafting & Prosecution, including patent drafting, FER responses, hearings, and prosecution management
• Prior Art & Patent Searches, including patentability, FTO, Invalidity, and Landscape searches
• Understanding inventions and communicating effectively with inventors and clients
• Managing matters independently and mentoring junior team members
