Eligibility

• Students pursuing an LL.B. through a 3-year or 5-year course from a recognised institution.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Interest in corporate, commercial and regulatory legal work.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and agreements.
• Support compliance, regulatory and corporate governance matters.
• Contribute to strategic projects, corporate transactions and legal research.
• Support litigation management and documentation processes.
• Work on legal matters across Indian and international jurisdictions.
