Eligibility

- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and document formatting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Interest in corporate law, export documentation, compliance, and business contracts.
- Availability for a full-time internship for 3 months.

Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, notices, letters, and internal legal formats.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, contract law, export-import regulations, FEMA, company law, and other applicable legal areas.
- Support the preparation of NDAs, agreements, purchase orders, compliance documents, and policy documents.
- Maintain records of legal documents, contracts, approvals, and compliance files.
- Assist in reviewing clauses relating to indemnity, confidentiality, termination, payment, dispute resolution, liability, and governing law.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documents, approvals, and legal information.
- Prepare summaries, legal notes, checklists, and compliance trackers.
- Support contract lifecycle management and documentation work.
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and legal information.
- Perform other legal or documentation-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
