Jain & Saigal Law Offices is a full-service law firm based in New Delhi, established in 2021 and headed by two practising advocates who are also Advocates-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India. The firm specialises in civil and commercial laws, including arbitration, insolvency, recovery matters, property disputes and labour matters.
Eligibility
- Two interns: Students in the 5th year of a five-year law course or 3rd year of a three-year law course.
- One intern: Students in the 3rd/4th year of a five-year law course or 2nd year of a three-year law course.
- One intern: Students in the 1st/2nd year of a five-year law course or 1st year of a three-year law course.
- Self-driven, hardworking and eager-to-learn law students are encouraged to apply.

- Stipend: Based on performance.
- Last Date to Apply: 30 September 2026.
- The internship offers hands-on exposure to litigation practice, court proceedings, drafting, legal research and client meetings.
- Depending on the candidate’s year of study, interns may also assist with domestic and international commercial arbitrations.

- Work on civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Assist with insolvency and debt recovery matters.
- Work on property disputes, banking laws, service law, matrimonial matters, consumer protection, cheque dishonour and white-collar matters.
- Assist with drafting legal opinions and agreements.
- Undertake other work associated with running a litigation practice.
