Eligibility
- Advocates holding a B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) or B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree, specialising in Corporate Law and IPR Law.
- Prior experience in the stated practice areas.
- Legal proficiency in English.
- Conversational proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Prior experience drafting legal documents in English, including notices, applications, and agreements in Corporate Law and/or IPR Law.
- Willingness to travel within Gujarat and across India for matters and professional work.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:
- Prepare and review legal notices, agreements, applications, replies, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research in Corporate Law and IPR Law.
- Maintain case files, records, and matter-related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, and other stakeholders.
- Assist senior associates and partners in litigation and non-litigation matters.
