Eligibility

- Basic knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
- Good legal research and drafting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:
- Assist with legal research on applicable laws, rules, regulations, and case laws.
- Support drafting and reviewing agreements, notices, letters, and other legal documents.
- Assist in maintaining legal records, contracts, and documentation.
- Support the legal team with compliance-related activities.
- Assist in reviewing business and commercial documents.
- Help prepare legal summaries, notes, and reports.
- Monitor relevant legal and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments for legal and documentation requirements.
- Support other legal and administrative activities as assigned.
