Eligibility
• LL.B. graduate.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
Position details
• Manage ongoing and new litigation cases and coordinate with external counsel.
• Draft and finalise commercial contracts, including EPC and technology agreements, NDAs, MoUs, renewables, and land-related documents.
• Work with business teams to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
• Conduct compliance audits and drive closure of observations.
• Provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice across functions.
• Track changes in laws and judicial pronouncements and assess their business impact.
• Conduct legal awareness workshops and training sessions for internal teams.
