Anant National University is hiring an Industry Engagement & Intellectual Property (IP) Manager for its Aarambh Incubation Centre.

Eligibility

• Master’s degree in Design, Engineering, Science, Technology Management, Management, Law, IP, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Experience in industry engagement, IP management, technology transfer, research commercialisation, or innovation management

• Strong knowledge of IP systems and technology commercialisation

• Strong communication, networking, stakeholder engagement, and project-management skills

Position details

• Develop strategic partnerships with industry, government, research organisations, startups, and ecosystem stakeholders

• Facilitate collaborative research, consultancy, sponsored research, internships, and technology partnerships

• Support innovators in identifying IP protection and commercialisation opportunities

• Maintain Institutional IP Cell records and documentation

• Coordinate IP filings with innovators and external IP professionals

• Facilitate technology transfer, licensing, commercialisation, and industry adoption

• Organise IP workshops, industry programmes, networking events, and outreach initiatives
