V5 Global is hiring In-House Legal Professionals for product-based MNCs and corporates across multiple sectors.

Eligibility

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience

• Experience in product-based MNCs or corporates

• Experience in Corporate & Commercial, Contracts, Legal Advisory and Compliance

• Experience with NDAs, SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, cross-border transactions and commercial transactions

• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) utilisation

• Work across consumer products, electronics, FMCG, automobiles and manufacturing sectors

• Handle corporate and commercial legal matters

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and commercial transactions

• Provide legal advisory and compliance support

• Work on cross-border transactions and Contract Lifecycle Management

• Position: In-House Legal Professional
